You do not have to be there
Owners and property managers rarely live next door. Send photos and a list of what goes and what stays, arrange access, and we will send photos of the finished space.

A cabin that has to be empty before closing, a vacation rental full of tired furniture, a garage the last owner never cleared. We handle it, often without you having to be there.
A lot of the houses around Blaine, Birch Bay and Semiahmoo are not anyone's everyday home. They are cabins kept in the family, vacation rentals, condos used a few weekends a year, and view homes owned by people who live in Seattle, Vancouver or further away. That changes how junk removal works here.
Most of the jobs we see in the north county come with a date attached. A sale is closing and the buyer wants it empty. A rental is being refurnished and the old sofas, beds and patio sets have to go before the new ones arrive. A family has decided to sell the cabin after forty summers and nobody can get up for a week to clear it. Often the owner is not on site at all.
So we work from photos, a walkthrough on a video call, or a key left with a neighbour or property manager. We clear what we are asked to clear, set aside anything that looks personal, sweep up and send photos when it is done.
Blaine itself sits right at the border, and the older streets in town have their own mix of long-held houses, garages and outbuildings that need clearing out just like anywhere else in the county.

Furniture removal for rentals and cabins being refurnished.
Junk removal for anything left behind between owners or guests.
Estate cleanouts for family cabins and homes being sold.
Hot tub removal for old spas on decks and patios at rentals and view homes.
Appliance removal for fridges, washers and dryers replaced during a refresh.
Garage cleanouts for garages and storage rooms at second homes.
Yard waste removal and construction debris removal for cleanups and remodels before a sale or a new season.

Rental turnovers and closings run on fixed dates. Tell us the deadline when you get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Patio furniture, grills, bikes and anything left in a shoreline garage or under a deck tends to rust and weather quickly. Much of what comes out of a coastal cabin is metal, and metal goes to recycling wherever it can.
List usable items on a local buy and sell group or offer them to neighbours, and donate what is in good condition. In a vacation area, furniture in decent shape often finds a taker quickly. What is left, the broken, stained or worn out, is what a hauler is for. We donate what we can from every load before anything goes for disposal.
Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste. Cabins and rentals often have half used propane cylinders for grills and fire tables. Leave those aside. See what junk removal will not take for where they go instead.
There is a minimum for a single item or a very small load, because the truck and crew still make the trip up to the north county. We will tell you what it is before we book.
We also haul junk in Bellingham, Ferndale and Lynden, and in Birch Bay, Custer, Everson, Sudden Valley, Sumas and Deming.

Tell us what has to go, the address and the date it needs to be clear. If you are not on site, photos and a note on how we get in are enough.
